CHeSS Homes is an expanding company actively searching for sites throughout London and the Home Counties including Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire - opportunities from single plots to sites with multiple units for both houses and apartments, including mixed use development schemes.

Our in house Architectural team have vast experience of design led housing, obtaining detailed planning consents, listed building and conservation area consents, working with local authorities providing sympathetic design to enhance local areas.

CHeSS Homes will consider purchasing land, both with or without planning permission and as a private company, we are able to make quick decisions. An agreement can be structured in a number of ways including 'joint venture' opportunities. We offer a free, no obligation development appraisal using our in house Architectural team, followed by an in principle offer should we consider that your property or land does have such development potential.
