CHeSS Homes, working from their offices in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire was formed in 2003 by Roy Lopez and Mark McFall, having previously worked together for eight years as Architect Director and Senior Architectural Technologist established CHeSS Homes to offer the benefits of experience design led house building.

The directors benefiting from their architectural background believe this 'in house design led approach' enables CHeSS Homes to appraise development sites in a creative way with direct and productive negotiations with local authorities, whether for new build or refurbished properties ensuring a quality external design maintaining and enhancing an existing character of the surrounding neighbouring area. Internally the homes are designed maximising useable space and offer bespoke fixtures and fittings to provide an overall living experience.
